Looking for Retail Store Manager for Men’s and Women’s, premium fashion brand, Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Description

• Implemented store Layout & Planogram, implementing innovative window displays, as per brand guidelines and in line with latest trends.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction by driving staff motivation, to achieve sales target and set KPIs.
• Consistency in replenishment layout latest trends as per department book being carried.
• Complete department checks to ensure right pricing, mark down, ticketing and tagging compliance.
• Team is fully aware of new collection, promotions, sales activities and top priority activities.
• Building up customer data base.
• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations, safe and clean environment.
• Utilize sale and promotional material and in-store displays as per brand standards.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Identify high-risk area on shop floor/stockroom & action accordingly to minimize stock loss;
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
